Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Q, you agree to these terms. If you are using Q on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Q is an AI agent orchestration platform. You instruct Q through natural language; Q decomposes requests into tasks assigned to specialist agents, executes them, and returns results. Agent actions are subject to the control level and permissions you configure.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the instructions you give, the API keys you provide, and reviewing agent outputs. Q provides decision gates and audit mechanisms, but you retain ultimate accountability for actions taken by agents on your behalf.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may set daily spend ceilings to control costs. If an agent reaches its ceiling, it pauses and requires your approval to continue. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the outputs generated by agents working on your tasks. Q retains rights to the platform, interface, specialist configurations, and underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

Q is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from agent actions, AI model errors, or third-party service outages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of AI services. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
