Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), payment information processed by Stripe, API keys you choose to store (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM), and the content of tasks and conversations you create within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to operate and improve Q: executing agent tasks on your behalf, personalizing specialist recommendations through our learning system, processing billing, and communicating service updates. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Processing

Task content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing based on your agent configurations. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. Your API keys, if provided via BYOK, are used directly and not shared beyond the provider they belong to.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced per user. API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. All connections use TLS. See our Security page for more details.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data, cancels any active subscription, and deletes your authentication record. Spend logs are retained in anonymized form for aggregate analytics.
